Shipping

Where we ship We ship across the US, with international shipping available at checkout.

How long it takes Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders typically take 10–21 business days, depending on customs.

Timing can vary depending on the maker — some of our products come from independent brands and print partners with their own fulfillment timelines. Product pages flag anything outside the usual range.

When your order ships Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items (some apparel and printed goods) take a bit longer to produce before they ship — usually 2–5 extra business days.

Shipping costs Calculated at checkout based on your address and what you're ordering. 

Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email us at support@littleserotonin.com.

International orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These aren't included in the order total and are collected by your local carrier on delivery.

Delayed or missing orders If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your building, and give it 1–2 business days — packages sometimes get scanned early. If it still hasn't shown up, email us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Returns & exchanges

  • 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective? Contact us.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless damaged
  • Return details can vary by maker — email us to confirm

Return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What can be returned Unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

Since we work with a few different makers and partners, specific return details can vary from product to product. If you don't see details noted on the product page, email us at support@littleserotonin.com before returning and we'll confirm what's possible. We'll handle the coordination — you just reach out.

What can't be returned

  • Custom and made-to-order items (most apparel, printed goods, and anything made specifically for your order) unless damaged or defective
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked "final sale"
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.

How to start a return Email support@littleserotonin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What you're returning
  • The reason (helps us get better)

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — returns sent without authorization may not be refunded.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to post.
