Where and how long?
We ship across the US, with international shipping available at checkout. Timing varies a bit by vendor, but in general: US orders arrive in 3–7 business days, international in 10–21. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn't show up, check spam — then email us.
Returns & exchanges
What's the policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging — this can vary slightly by maker, but it's our general rule. Custom and made-to-order items (including most apparel and printed goods) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I start one?
Email support@littleserotonin.com with your order number. We'll send instructions within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us quickly. Once it's out the door, we can't pull it back.
Wrong address?
Email us immediately. We'll fix it if we can catch it in time.

Where do your products come from?
A mix. Some are our own, some are from independent brands we've partnered with, and some are made-to-order just for you. Product pages have the details.
Can I send something as a gift?
Yes — just enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we'll leave the prices off the packing slip. Gift options can vary by maker, so check the product page for details. If nothing's listed, email us and we'll confirm what's possible.
Will you restock something that's sold out?
Sometimes. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
